RETURNS AND DELIVERY
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason whatsoever you are not completely satisfied with your painting – simply return it within 14 days of receipt and we will exchange it, you can choose another one, or we will issue a full refund excluding delivery costs, no questions asked.
Although your order will usually be dispatched immediately, please allow 30 days for delivery. If any item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you to offer an alternative choice, or the chance to cancel that item.
All original Artwork carriers a fixed rate of $100 Australia wide. We currently use Fastway Couriers who carry their own public liability insurance so please inspect your unique piece of art on arrival before signing to ensure that it has arrived safely.
Alternative Payment Methods
You may also order by bank cheque. If paying by this method, please make your cheque payable to Maree Davidson Art, enclose your order details, and send to our postal address detailed below. Please include the relevant postage price (details above). Your order will be dispatched upon receipt and clearance. We also receive credit payments, direct debit or PayPal.
Reproductions / Website Images
It is regrettable that we are not able to provide customers with colour-perfect images of our items on the website. Customers accept that the photographs we make available on our website are as accurate as possible but are provided for informational purposes only, in order to give a guide.
The price you pay will be specified in the checkout facility on the website. Prices for goods do not include postage which will be added to the items during the checkout facility. Prices are for loose prints only, and do not include mounting or framing.
